1. Please tell us if you are looking at purchasing,
refinancing or doing both (refinance to purchase).
2. The postcodes, zonings and approximate land sizes of
all properties involved.
3. The estimated values of all properties involved.
4. IF REFINANCING, what are the mortgage amounts
on each property?
- Do you have 6 months good repayment conduct?
(e.g. no missed repayments, no arrears and
no dishonour fees?)
- Are any mortgages in a Company or Trust name?
- Do you need additional 'cash out'?
5. IF PURCHASING, will you be contributing a deposit?
6. Who are/Will be the Title holders of the properties?
- e.g. Husband & Wife, Company, Trust etc.
7. Will all properties involved be completed at application?
- e.g. no missing walls, kitchen or bathroom(s)?
8. Important - Please provide ALL your ABN no's.
9. Can you provide 12 months of BAS statements?
- (this is optional, but required for $1M+ loans.)
10. Please tell us if you believe you have clean credit.
